The Lab is the fourth chapter in Super Meat Boy Forever and the sixth and final chapter in Dr. Fetus' Mean Meat Machine.

It is Dr. Fetus' current base of operations, in the heart of Tetanusville. It contains plenty of his vile experiments and mechanical creations, including hints of a diabolical scheme involving Meat Boy.
