The Reverse Power-up are a power-up that appears in Super Meat Boy Forever. Presumably a subject of Dr. Fetus' experiments, it allows Meat Boy and co. to change direction by punching.
History[]
Super Meat Boy Forever[]
Reverse Power-ups first appear in in Equivalent Vector Change. Upon being hit by the player character, they will be destroyed, and a curved arrow will appear over their head. In this state, pressing the jump button in midair will cause the player to punch in the opposite direction, changing the direction in which they run as well. Much like a normal punch, it can be held to make it last longer, and the player cannot punch in midair unless it is refreshed by touching the ground or hitting something else with a dive.
Trivia[]
