N#7*<1!23 is an achievement exclusive to the Steam/PC version of Super Meat Boy. Unlike every other achievement, this achievement doesn't have an actual name and is just a bunch of symbols and numbers but all you need to do to get this achievement is to beat -1 The Forest's Glitch Level.

The glitch levels appear after the boss is beaten. The chances increase dependent on how many Dark World levels you have completed.
