Mega Bandage is an unlockable character in Super Meat Boy Forever, and a variant of Bandage Girl.

Appearance[]
Mega Bandage resembles her normal counterpart, but with various articles of hot pink armor; specifically, she has it in the form of a rectangular helmet with square protrusions at the top, a crotch piece, leg pieces, as well as an arm piece on her left arm. She has a cannon mounted to her right arm. The flower that Bandage Girl usually wears is more metallic-looking.
Origin[]
Mega Bandage is modeled after Mega Man, the main protagonist of the Mega Man series. She is specifically designed after Mega Man as he appears in games for the Nintendo Entertainment System.
Gameplay[]
Mega Bandage plays identically to most other characters, but consists of pixel graphics and sound effects inspired by Mega Man. She is the only playable character in the Mega Bandage Warp Zone level. Exclusive to said Warp Zone level, she has the ability to fire projectiles automatically.
How to unlock[]
To unlock Mega Bandage, the player must collect 12 pacifiers and complete the objective "Bzzt," which requires the player to complete the Mega Bandage Warp Zone.

- Before release, Mega Bandage was going to be a Mega Man-inspired variant of Meat Boy. This was changed.
- The background of Mega Bandage's unlock screen resembles the "weapon get" screen from Mega Man 4.
- Mega Bandage's sliding animation resembles the slide introduced Mega Man 3.
- Its attack effect makes it resemble the Charge Kick from Mega Man 5.
