Medium Well is an achievement exclusive to Super Meat Boy's Steam/PC version. To unlock it the player needs to as the achievement says, spend as little time as possible in Hell.

Choose the levels that you think are the shortest, this will maximize your chances of getting this achievement. Keep in mind that these achievements while not specifying also require you to do the Dark World as well,

Trivia[]

The name of this achievement is in reference to done a steak is cooked. In this case, "Medium Well" is the 2nd highest doneness.
