Medium Rare is an achievement exclusive to Super Meat Boy's Steam/PC version. To unlock it the player needs to as the achievement says, spend as little time as possible in The Hospital.
Strategy[]
Just like with The Forest choose the levels in The Hospital that you think are the shortest, this will maximize your chances of getting this achievement also keep in mind that these achievements while not specifying also require you to do the Dark World as well, The Hospitals levels are a tad bit harder thought so more practice may be needed.
Trivia[]
- The name of this achievement is in reference to done a steak is cooked. In this case, "Medium Rare" is the 2nd lowest doneness.
