Manic (also known as the Manic Manipulator) is a character introduced Super Meat Boy Forever.

Appearance[]
Manic is a floating brain or brain-like entity with eyes connected with long stalks and a mouth with a few teeth. The eye stalks come from his underside, making him look like he's always upside-down.

Super Meat Boy Forever[]
Boss Battle[]
The Manipulator, also known as Manic or Manic Manipulator, is the boss at the end of The Clinic.
During the fight, the boss will shoot lines of scrap metal where you will have to jump and punch, or duck to avoid them. When you get to the wall, you have to punch the fan, which blows the scrap metal away, so you can punch the brain in the middle. You must repeat this process until all of the bosses HP has been taken.
As a playable character[]
Manic uses glass to attack at his path when sliding or dashing.
How to unlock[]
You first need to unlock the squirrel(which takes 35 pacifiers), then you need to obtain 5 more pacifiers(making the total to 40) and finally beat the manic boss in chapter 2 as the squirrel and he should be unlocked by now.
