Lil' Slugger is the boss level of The Forest of Super Meat Boy. As with most boss levels, it requires completing 17 of the 20 Light World levels to unlock. It features Lil' Slugger as Dr. Fetus controls it to chase down Meat Boy and destroy him.
Completing this level unlocks The Hospital.
Cutscenes[]
Intro[]
Meat Boy comes across Dr. Fetus pouring gasoline into the forest. Once he sees Meat Boy, he lights a match and sets fire to the gasoline, burning the forest down to Meat Boy's shock. Fetus then steps into Lil' Slugger and activates it, preparing to chase Meat Boy as he stares in horror.
