Teh Internets is a special chapter exclusive to the Xbox version of Super Meat Boy.
The chapter serves as a level portal for additional levels added to the game via a server as a stand-in for downloadable content.
It's automatically unlocked from the beginning of a new game in the XBLA version and only features 8 levels. Its counterpart for Steam is Super Meat World. Teh Internets features both levels made by Team Meat, and by the community. Teh Internets originally allowed Team Meat to add new levels to the game. The Steam counterpart allowed users to utilize a Level Editor, to post their levels to the level portal.
The intro cutscene is a reference to the intro of Bubble Bobble[1] for the NES.

Teh Internets was intended to give out new content to people without violating the Microsoft's policy or making it DLC through a loophole. It features levels from Super Meat World made by Team Meat and other creators.
