Dead Boy is an achievement exclusive to the Steam/PC version of Super Meat Boy. To unlock it the player needs to complete The End without dying.
Strategy[]
Go in any level order that you desire. Take your time if you need to. If you fall off or if you are about to die, you can exit the level and retry. This won't affect your progress.
Trivia[]
- Strangely this achievement along with Dr. Fetus Boy doesn't reappear in the PSN version. It is unknown why this is the case.
