Bandages are collectible objects in Super Meat Boy. They are adhesive bandages for wounds; Bandage Girl is made of them.
There are 100 bandages total in Super Meat Boy, 20 found each within the first five chapters. Each chapter has seven bandages in its Light World and Dark World counterparts, as well as six bandages found in each chapter's Warp Zones. Bandages can also be placed in levels for Super Meat World, but they do not increment the bandage count.
For every 10 bandages, new content is unlocked, typically a new playable character.

Bugs[]
- A major bug can be done with bandages inside Warp Zones which can duplicate them. Doing this in tandem with replaying levels in certain ways can have major effects on the game. This bug is dubbed, "Bandage Duplication".
- This can be used to go from Forest to The End. Which is the route for Any% WW.
- It can also be used to unlock previously unobtainable characters, like Potato Boy.
Trivia[]
- Bandages replace bandaids from Meat Boy, due to legal reasons.
- 4-19X Long Goodbye contains two bandages. It is the only level with that distinction, and likely a developer oversight.
- Collecting one of the bandages will make both disappear when replaying the level.
- Collecting both bandages will only count for one bandage.
- 5-12 10 Horns is the only level in Super Meat Boy to feature both a bandage and a Warp Zone.
- Exclusively in the Xbox version of Super Meat Boy, 7-12X Pink mistakenly contains a bandage.
- This 101st bandage will increase full completion percentage to 107%.
